The following are our salon policies as of 1/30/25. These policies allow us to maintain an organized, safe, and fair environment for our staff and all of our amazing clients! Please read and sign below to acknowledge that you have read and understood the following.
If you're appointment is with Angela or Kaeleigh, please understand they're independent professionals and their redo, cancellation and tardiness policies are different, and you will need to discuss it with them.
SERVICE REDO POLICY
At Beauty Pros Salon, your happiness is our jam! If you're not totally in love with your service, we're here to make it right. Just give the salon a ring (not your stylist directly) within 3 days of your appointment, and we'll set up a redo. Book your redo within 7 days of the original service, and we suggest sticking with the same stylist for consistency. But hey, if they're booked or you want to try someone new, we're flexible! Remember, redo services are for those little touch-ups, not a change of heart. They're at the salon's discretion. After a week, the full-service price applies unless your stylist says otherwise. CANCELLATION POLICY
We totally get it—life happens! At Beauty Pros Salon, we value your time and trust. Here's how we roll with cancellations:
Appointment Reminders: We send reminders via text or email, so you never miss a beat!
Cancellation Notice: Need to reschedule? Text us at 866-719-2909 or call (502)529-2189 with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice? A fee of 50% of the service may apply. For last-minute bookings, try to cancel 4 hours in advance.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a 50% fee. Future bookings will require a 50% deposit.
Repeat Offenses: Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may lead to a 100% fee and a deposit for future appointments.
Payment Details: For services over $50, we may ask for a card on file or a deposit.

TARDINESS
Running late? No worries, just give us a heads-up! If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment might be considered a no-show, and our cancellation policy could kick in. We appreciate your efforts to keep us in the loop. If we don't hear from you and you're late, we might need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!
CHILD SAFETY
At Beauty Pros Salon, the safety and well-being of all our clients, including our young guests, is our top priority. To create a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Due to the presence of cords, hot tools, and chemicals, we ask that children remain seated and supervised at all times.
Running, playing on salon furniture, or unnecessary screaming is not allowed to prevent accidents and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
We cherish having children as part of our salon family and understand their curiosity and energy. However, should any safety concerns arise, our stylists and management reserve the right to pause or refuse service. In some cases, this may include revoking the right to return to the salon. Our aim is to offer a safe and relaxing experience for all our clients. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
