Amy Haynes

Owner/ Cosmetologist

With nearly two decades in the beauty industry, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my work. Originally from Louisville, KY, I moved to Shelbyville in 2013. I'm a true animal lover, sharing my life with 5 dogs, 3 cats, over 25 chickens, 7 peacocks, and, my husband.

My love for the beauty industry started early; even in school, I was the go-to for friends' hair and makeup. After graduating from cosmetology school, I worked in various salons, always on the hunt for the perfect fit. It was during this journey that I realized the "perfect salon" didn't exist—so I decided to create it myself.

I opened Beauty Pros in early 2014, and while we're not perfect, I strive every day to get us there. I love every facet of cosmetology, but my true specialties lie in hair color—especially Blonding Solutions and Vivids—and designer haircuts. I've continued to hone my skills with advanced haircutting classes, master balayage certification, vivids application, and color formation.

Ashley Hayes

Owner/ Cosmetologist

I started my career in 2019, in those years I've found my niche in vivid and lived-in color. But what fills my heart is the chance to connect with people, to hear their stories, and hopefully make a positive impact in their day.

In my downtime, I'm often chasing around my two amazing sons, alongside my high school sweetheart, whom I've been lucky enough to call my husband for over a decade. I also have a love of music; I love getting lost in learning all of my favorite songs on my guitar and singing to my heart's content.

A bit about my personality...I love puns, jokes, dark humor, and can be extremely socially awkward sometimes but will always laugh through it. I run on caffeine and a dream!

I've always believed that each head of hair is a unique canvas, waiting to reveal its own story. And together, we get to craft something truly special – a collaborative work of art that reflects your beauty and personality. I'm genuinely looking forward to meeting you and embarking on this creative journey together. Let's see what masterpiece we can create!

Hey y'all! I have been in the beauty industry for over 3 years, my favorite services are classic hairstyles and perms. But I'm always up for a challenge!

When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me soaking up quality time with my family or revving engines at classic car shows alongside my hubby, Cameron. I also love for the great outdoors – whether I'm hunting, fishing, or simply soaking in nature's beauty, inspiration for your next stunning look is always just a breath of fresh air away.

As a follower of Christ (Proverbs 31:13), I strive to bring joy and confidence to each client I meet. I started doing hair because I love making people feel good about themselves.

Hi gorgeous! My name is Angela Reynolds, I am a Shelby County girl, I have lived here all my life. GOD is first in my life, and I’m married to my best friend Wayne Reynolds II with 2 beautiful children, a son Cameron and his wife Savana, and a daughter Kaeleigh and her husband Kacey.

I have been in the beauty industry for over 29 years. My chair isn't just a place of business; it's a place where clients become cherished friends and family.

Specializing in color and perms, I aim to bring out the natural beauty in everyone who sits in my chair, one smile at a time. I would love to help you feel better about yourself and your hair.

Hi! I'm Kaeleigh Shae, and I'm beyond excited to kickstart my journey as a Nail Tech here at Beauty Pros Salon!

Nail Art has been my passion since I was little, I still remember the thrill of getting my first nail kit from my mom at just 12 years old. Fast forward to now, and I've recently graduated from PJ's College of Cosmetology with my Nail Technician Certificate in hand, ready to make your nail dreams a reality.

Beyond nails, you'll find me soaking up the sun outdoors, whether it's boating, fishing, or simply enjoying quality time with my husband Kacey, my family and my dog.

They also set their own pricing and payment methods, as well as the way they may book appointments, giving them the flexibility to cater to their clients' preferences.

Unlike the salon's structured operations, our independent beauty professionals have their own way of doing things. They create their own policies and workflows, allowing them to run their business in a way that feels right for them.
