Membership billing

• Memberships are auto-billed monthly to the card on file.

• Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change with 30 days notice.

What’s included

• Each membership includes the monthly service(s) listed in the plan (ex: 30/60/90-min Stretch + Massage or Family bundle credits).

• Gratuity is not included in membership pricing.

Booking + redemption

• Membership services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Membership benefits apply only at the Shelbyville location unless otherwise stated.

• Membership credits can only be redeemed for the services included in the plan (or the approved equivalents listed in the plan).

Credit rollover / expiration

• Unused monthly credits do not rollover.

• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Family membership rules (for the $200 plan)

• Family membership is valid for up to [4 to 6] household members listed on the account.

• Credits may be shared only among the household members on the plan.

• Credits are not transferable to friends, coworkers, or extended family not listed on the membership.

• One person is the primary account holder responsible for billing and policy agreement.

Add-ons + upgrades

• Add-ons and upgrades may be purchased at the time of service.

• Member perks (discounts/free add-ons) apply only to the member visit and only as stated in the plan.

• Free add-ons have no cash value and can’t be banked for future months unless stated.

Late arrivals / no-shows

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest’s appointment time; full service fee/credit may still apply.

• No-shows or cancellations outside the policy window will result in forfeiture of the session credit (or a fee), at the salon’s discretion.

Rescheduling / cancellation window

• Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours notice.

Pausing or canceling membership

• Memberships may be canceled with 14 days notice before the next billing date.

• If canceled after a billing date, the membership remains active until the end of that paid month.

• Memberships may be paused for special circumstances at management discretion.

Refunds

• Membership payments are non-refundable.

• Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.

Medical considerations

• Please inform your provider of any injuries, pregnancies, allergies, or medical conditions before your session.

• Some services/add-ons may not be appropriate for certain conditions.
