Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled hairstylist to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and coloring, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to grow their clientele within our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice and recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and relationship-building.

• Promote salon services and retail products to clients.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license.

• Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Competitive commission-based pay structure up to a 60% commission rate with goal-oriented pay.
