Terms of Service

1. Membership Overview

   • Membership is a month-to-month agreement

   • Benefits activate immediately upon enrollment

   • Membership fees are charged monthly to the card on file

   • Benefits are non-transferable and for member use only

2. Service Benefits

   • Unlimited Color Refresh services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance

   • Haircut refreshes are valid within 4 weeks of original service

   • Services are subject to stylist availability

   • 24-hour cancellation notice required for all appointments

   • No-shows may result in benefit suspension

3. Rewards & Discounts

   • Double Pro Points earned on regular service fees only

   • 30% product discount applies to featured monthly item only

   • First-time member discount (20%) valid for first month only

   • Points and discounts cannot be combined with other offers

4. Billing & Cancellation

   • Monthly fee automatically charged on enrollment date

   • 30-day written required for cancellation

   • No refunds for unused benefits

   • Membership may be terminated for policy violations

   • Pricing subject to change with 30-day notice

5. Additional Terms

   • Benefits valid only at Beauty Pros Salon

   • Membership may not be shared or transferred

   • Salon reserves the right to modify benefits with notice

   • All regular salon policies apply to membership services
