Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed and skilled Lash Technician to join our team as a booth renter at our new Frankfort location. This is an excellent opportunity for a lash artist who wants to operate independently while benefiting from the salon's established reputation and growing client base.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide full range of lash services including classic sets, volume sets, and lash lifts • Perform thorough consultations to determine appropriate lash styles and lengths • Manage your own schedule and client appointments • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service • Stay current with the latest lash techniques and trends • Educate clients on proper lash care and maintenance • Promote salon services and retail products to clients

Qualifications: • Valid Kentucky lash technician license • Proven experience in lash applications with a strong portfolio • Excellent attention to detail and steady hands • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own business • Commitment to safety and sanitation protocols • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Experience with various lash techniques (classic, volume, hybrid)
